Underpriced Furniture Store Policies
Returns & Exchanges
It is Underpriced Furniture’s Policy that items must be returned within 7 days 
of delivery or pick up date for a refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fee, re-delivery fee and/or return merchandise pick up fee and a 25% restocking fee; items being exchanged for product of equal or greater value will only require a 10% restocking fee. All product must be in new condition and a purchase receipt must be provided at the time of pick up or drop off of product. Refunds will be issued by check with in 10-14 business days of the return or funds credit to the card used at the time of purchase.

 
Accessories, Bedding, Lamps, Pictures & Plants are Non-Returnable &
Non-Refundable.  Extended Warranties for Fabric, Leather & Wood Protection
are Non-Refundable.  Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.
 
 
Cancellations
It is Underpriced Furniture’s Policy that an order must be cancelled before product has been 
delivered or picked up for a refund of the purchase price, less a 5% restocking fee.  The refundable amount may also be used towards any additional open orders or reselection of new product. Refunds will be issued by check with in 10-14 business days of the return or funds credit to the card used at the time of purchase.
 
Special Ordered product is Non-Refundable.
 
 
Clearance & As-Is Merchandise
It is Underpriced Furniture’s Policy that Clearance or As-Is product will not be held on layaway and must be picked up or delivered within 5 days of purchase. Failure to obtain product within 5 days of purchase will result in cancellation of those items, the balance will remain as a store credit, less a 25% cancellation fee. Clearance and As-Is items including, but not limited to, discounted goods, floor models, previously owned items, and defective or damaged product.
